Commemorative Air Force South Pacific Wing Inc:
This is the New Zealand domiciled Wing of the Commemorative Air Force. ThisWing was the first Wing established outside the United States gaining its Squadron charter in October 1978, which was upgraded to full wing status in October 1979
It is based at: Dairy Flat Airfield Postmans Rd, Albany.

MOTAT  Collection:  WEB Site   E-mail
This is the collection held by the "Museum Of Transport and Technology Auckland NZ.
This collection contains some of the larger aircraft preserved in NZ.
Some of the Current Aircraft Types in Residence are:
Lancaster B3, Solent & Sunderland Flying boats,
Lockheed PV1 and a range of other airframes.


Auckland  Museum:
This is the home of a genuine War-Trophy in the Mistubishi A6m3 Zero 22 (srn:3844) captured at the end of the war. Also on display is a Spitfire Mk XVI. (TE 564). These aircraft are very original.


The Ferrymead Collection:
This is a collection of airframes in various states of completeness. Includes a Mosquito FB6 being restored, made up of two airframes NZ2328 & NZ2382. Also a Hudson, Bristol Freighter B-170 and a Flying Flea.


Croydon Aircraft Company:  WEB Site
This is the home of DH restoration in the South Pacific and is located at Mandeville in the lower South Island of New Zealand. The quality of workmanship that can be seen here is second to none. Located at Mandeville Airfield near Gore in The South Island of New Zealand.

This is a fine example of how a group of people can succeed in bringing a dream to reality by being shareholders & supporters in the form of "Friends of the Catalina"
at $35 per person or $50 per family.

OMAKA Airfield:
This is the home of some private Group owned Warbirds. This site is host to Classicfighters an alternate Easter Airshow to Warbirds over Wanaka. This Airshow specializes in WW1, Between wars, WW2 and early Jets.
The Site is also the Residence of the Aviation Heritage Centre housing Peter Jacksons Aviation Display's and Aircraft
This airfield is located at the top of the South Island next to Blenheim.
